If you hire me, this is what to expect:

First, an audit of your account itself.

Conversions What is counted as a conversion? Is the count set to every or one? Click-through attribution window? View-through attribution window? Attribution model? Every single conversion action will be lovingly analyzed and I’ll make my recommendations for changes, as well as a plan to move forward without disrupting things unnecessarily. I’ll also look at your website to see if anything should be counted as a conversion that isn’t. It makes sense to count some things as ‘all conversions’ instead of as ‘conversions’. If you split your conversions into conversion sets we’ll look at those, and if you don’t, I’ll consider if you should. We’ll look at linked accounts and connect anything that should be connected. Are you using the right Google Analytics view, all that good stuff. We’ll look at your audiences. I want to create a bunch of audiences immediately so they can start accumulating cookies. If you have any scripts or rules we’ll review those together. Bulk actions are a great way of managing accounts at scale, but I specialize in the opposite of scale. If an account is so big that I can’t manage it by hand, I won’t take it on.
